Linda Lopes

I am Linda.

I am here to heal, remember, and share my gifts. I am here to be who I am fully and to help you do the same.

I’m a Cape Verdean, Black Woman, whose life was changed a decade ago thanks to a profound and powerful mentor. I once searched and longed for happiness, love, joy, and harmony - and found that a life of job titles and apartment addresses just got in the way. I worked to surrender and uncover the deep and tangled layers of ancestral, generational, and collective trauma to finally feel and experience the ability to rise, heal, awaken, and claim my gifts and stand in my full power.

Every day, I commit to healing, remembering, and being of service. To radically rise, reclaim my gifts, and honor those who have come before me. To be who I am, to love who I am.

Avel Juliette

Avél Juliette is a South Florida based Pilates & Yoga instructor and Actor. Her love for movement and the arts was nurtured at a young age. She was always dancing, says her mom. So at 6 years old, Avél started taking ballet lessons at the local dance academy. Throughout her youth, she spent countless hours in that studio: acting, singing and dancing. Self expression through movement has always been a driving force in her life. After getting her Bachelor’s degree in Science at Florida State University, Avél killed two birds with one stone (a desire to travel and explore acting) and moved to New York City. The skills she learned, and the connections she made, are sewn into the fabric of her essence.
