Tanisha Christie

I believe in the liberation of people through acknowledging and affirming their stories.. With a collaborative, holistic & directive approach, together we will create a path toward healing.

Whether it’s clinical social work practice, coaching, writing, speaking or making theater and films, each client / project / performance is an evolving story for growth.

My approach is people-centered and creative.

As an artist-educator, I have worked in many traditional and non¬traditional performance spaces, schools and universities, including Escuela de Ancon (Panama City), Anacostia Mental Health Center, My Sister’s Place, New York University, Amherst College, The Kennedy Center and Looking Glass Theatre. As Assistant Director of the former Living Stage Theatre Company, I directed original performance works and led hundreds of performances/workshops in improvisational theater and devised performances for people ages 3-103. I recently developed a creative workshop program specifically for men in addiction recovery and young girls in transitional housing for a social service organization in Brooklyn.

Aishia Grevenberg

I'm a licensed Mental Health professional specializing in early childhood trauma and toxic relationship healing. I have over 20 years experience in mental health. I've worked in jails, psych hospitals and even nursing homes. I have fancy degrees and a thriving private practice. I was an entire adjunct professor at 33 years old.  I'm also a  regular television personality.

What I like most about this period of my personal  & professional growth and development is I’m unapologetically ALL of me. The Jersey girl who loves hip-hop and Jordan’s, the polished academic who geeks out on documentaries and the traveling doggy momma. What’s really dope is because I’m always learning more about being myself, when you work with me, all of yourself is welcomed, validated and celebrated.
